Yes. Our natural and white HDPE is FDA-approved for direct food contact and ships with a food-grade certificate on request. It is the standard specification for cutting boards, food-processing benches, chiller liners and bakery tables across Australia.
3 mm right through to 100 mm plate. The most-requested trade sizes are 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 50 mm. Standard sheet is 2440 x 1220 mm; larger 3050 x 2030 mm sheets ship direct from the mill on request.
Marine board is HDPE pigmented all the way through with UV-stable colours and a textured non-slip finish, engineered for permanent outdoor and marine service. Standard HDPE is a lower-cost engineering plastic that yellows under prolonged UV. Use marine board for pontoons, jetties, transom doors and outdoor furniture; standard HDPE is fine for enclosed food-processing and industrial fitouts.
Yes - heavy black HDPE plate in 20, 30, 50, 75 and 100 mm is a regular line item on our Pilbara, Bowen Basin and Goldfields containers. For higher-abrasion service (slurry, tailings) UHMWPE is the correct upgrade and we can spec both side-by-side.
Yes. Send a DXF, DWG or STEP file and we CNC-route, guillotine and drill your parts at the factory before crating. Chute liners ship cut-to-pattern with pre-drilled hold-down holes, and food-processing benches ship edge-bevelled and ready to install.
